W036--Condensate Tank Rental Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide temporary condensate tank rental services for the Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for installing, connecting, and commissioning a complete temporary condensate return system, replacing the existing rental tank. The system must be designed for 150 psi, 250 F or pump dead head, and must comply with ASME Code for Pressure Piping. The contract period is for 6 months, with the option to extend for an additional 6 months. • The contractor must provide a complete temporary condensate return system, including tanks and pumps. • The system must be installed outdoors, adjacent to the existing condensate inside the boiler plant. • The contractor must commission the system and ensure it is functioning properly. • The contractor must provide demobilization services at the end of the contract period. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and safety standards.
