The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) is soliciting proposals for the construction contract of the Air Traffic Control Tower project at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The project includes the specification of Jacobs as the required provider of Water and Sewer connection services. The Government will not contract directly with Jacobs, but instead, will issue a new firm-fixed-price (FFP) task order on Jacobs' privatized utility contract. • The project involves constructing a connection to the privately-owned water and sewer lines. • The work must be performed by Jacobs as per their privatized utility contract. • The submission of capability statements is allowed for interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements. • The submission must be received no later than 10:00 AM ET on 31 July 2026.
