The Johnson County Sunset Office Building Exterior Repairs Project involves the removal, repair, restoration, recaulking, cleaning, and sealing of building tilt-up panels and other identified exterior components of the envelope of the Johnson County Sunset Office Building. The project requires all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any other items necessary to complete the work. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on July 28, 2026.
