Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking a single vendor to supply and install two retractable awnings at the Epping Liquor Store. The contract will be awarded on a purchase‑order basis, and the vendor must provide the full turn‑key solution, including removal of an existing pergola, installation of a dedicated 120 V watertight circuit, and delivery of awnings with a projection longer than 11 ft, light‑coloured straight‑border fabric, and a minimum one‑year warranty. The work must be completed within 45 business days of award, and all necessary insurance, background checks, and vendor registrations are required.
• Supply two custom retractable awnings (≈16 ft each) with motorized operation and specified fabric characteristics.
• Remove the existing pergola, install a new dedicated electrical circuit, and perform complete mounting, testing, and commissioning.
• Provide all labor, tools, permits, insurance, background checks, and a minimum one‑year warranty covering parts, labor, shipping, travel, and expenses.
