Carl Zeiss Elyra PS.1 Microscope Maintenance Plan

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Carl Zeiss Microscopy LLC for the annual service and maintenance of a Carl Zeiss Elyra PS.1 super-resolution microscope. The requirement includes preventive maintenance, repair services, and software updates. The contractor must provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. • The contractor must provide factory-trained engineers for on-site services. • The contractor must provide proprietary parts and diagnostics. • The contractor must perform planned preventive maintenance and emergency repair services. • The contractor must provide phone and remote support for troubleshooting. • The contractor must provide software updates and maintenance agreement coverage.
