The City of Covington is seeking sealed bids to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for approximately 2.89 miles of asphaltic concrete patching, milling, and resurfacing on various city streets. The contract includes traffic control, multiple asphalt and thermoplastic line items, storm structure adjustments, curb formation, and related utilities work.
