Description
The NAVSEA Service Contracts Division, Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking a vendor to provide a fuel storage tank. The solicitation is being conducted using procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested vendors may send their quotations to the Navy by replying via email to [email protected]. The proposal content and instructions when submitting a quote shall consist of technical capability, price submission, and acknowledgement of any amendments.
• The vendor shall provide proof/certification that they are in compliance with the required certifications and qualifications outlined within the attachments of the solicitation.
• The vendor shall submit one original signed copy of the completed Standard Form (SF) 1449, and if applicable, executed copies of all Amendments, and executed Representations and Certifications.
• Quotes submitted shall be in accordance with the Schedule contained in the Solicitation.
• Quotes shall be held firm for sixty (60) days.
