Description
The Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a quotation for a 193 nm ArF excimer laser ablation system, including delivery, installation, calibration, supervision, and on-site operator training. The system must meet the Government's minimum technical requirements and include a minimum two-year full system warranty. The quotation must include the system, onsite installation, and shipping. The offeror must provide a complete quotation package demonstrating compliance with the minimum technical requirements.
Key features of the system include:
• Laboratory-grade, liquid-cooled 193 nm ArF excimer laser ablation system operating at 500 Hz continuous duty cycle for analytical applications
• System includes all required hardware, sample chamber configuration(s), energy measurement at the laser source and sample plane, beam attenuation/fluence control, beam homogenization, gas handling components, recirculating chiller, application package(s) as required, user-selectable sample cell configuration(s), control software, and all accessories necessary for full operation
• Onsite installation, system setup, calibration, supervision, commissioning, and operator training at Argonne National Laboratory
• Shipping, handling, and delivery of the complete system and all accessories to Argonne National Laboratory
