RFP General Real Estate & Oyster Lease

The State of Louisiana’s Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) is seeking qualified Certified Real Estate Appraisers to provide appraisal services for privately‑owned lands and oyster leases across the coastal parishes. Work will be performed on an as‑needed, task‑order basis over a three‑year contract (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2029). The contractor must have at least one licensed General Real Estate Appraiser with five years of Louisiana experience and, preferably, expertise in oyster lease valuation. Deliverables include USPAP‑compliant appraisal reports, adherence to the Oyster Lease Acquisition and Compensation Program (OLACP) guidelines, and participation in veteran/Hudson small‑business initiatives.
