Membership & Platform Subscription

SUNY New Paltz intends to purchase a 3 year membership and platform subscription renewal as the campus seeks to provide an Enrollment Management software with the following capabilities: Class Planner DateCloud: Access to 30,000 prospects, up to 10 users, on Platform Member Benefit Modules Platform Module and Tools, Class Planner, Eduventures, Weekly Wake-Up Call Reports, Eduventures Research Module that includes the Wake-Up Call Library and Student Sentiment Survey Report. SUNY New Paltz intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), for the above-noted service. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice. In compliance with the Procurement Lobby Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offerer/Bidder in relation to any specific procurement in excess of $15,000.00 should be made only with authorized personnel of SUNY New Paltz who are designated as the contact person(s).
