Description
The David Douglas School District No. 40 is seeking a qualified real estate agent or broker to provide market assessments, solicitation of sales, and final sales services for properties owned by the district. The selected proposer will also provide services for leasing and acquiring properties on behalf of the district. The contract will be for a period of 12 months with an option to renew for up to four additional 12-month periods. The proposer must have a minimum of five years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions in Multnomah County and be a licensed real estate agent or broker in the state of Oregon.
• The proposer will provide market assessments and solicitation of sales for district properties.
• The proposer will provide final sales services for district properties.
• The proposer will assist in the search for prospective acquisition of properties.
• The proposer will assist in the search for prospective leasing of properties.
• The proposer will provide updates to management.
The evaluation criteria will include technical proposal, price proposal, and may include an interview/presentation. The technical proposal will be scored based on factors such as professional services, work experience, and litigation history. The price proposal will be scored based on the price offered.
