OPIS Subscription Service

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide a one-year subscription to OPIS, which includes access to various reports and services such as the OPIS Biodiesel Wholesale Rack Report, OPIS Biofuels Daily Report, and OPIS East of the Rockies Refined Spot Report. The contractor will be required to provide timely access to the platform, ensure its accessibility and operationality 99.9% of the time, and provide subscription access to the specified items. The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. • The contractor will provide access to the OPIS Biodiesel Wholesale Rack Report, OPIS Biofuels Daily Report, and other reports and services. • The contractor will ensure the platform is accessible and operational 99.9% of the time during the period of performance. • The contractor will provide subscription access to the specified items, including the OPIS East of the Rockies Refined Spot Report and OPIS Intraday Alerts. • The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
