The US Army is soliciting bids for a High Temperature Door-Style Ventless Tall Base Electric Dishwasher with Booster Heater. The dishwasher should have a capacity of 67 gallons per rack, 40 racks per hour, and hot water sanitizing. It should also have user-friendly smart touchscreen controls, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a SmartConnect app and cloud with machine status, temperature logs, error code reporting, and cost, consumption, and usage analysis. The contract includes delivery, removal and disposal of the current dishwasher, installation, and start-up of the new dishwasher at 950 Reynolds Rd, West Point, NY 10996. • The dishwasher should have a pumped final rinse and ventless energy recovery. • It should have two-stage filtration, a pillarless opening, and a 3-sided hood. • The dishwasher should have a single point electrical connection standard, field convertible to dual point connection, and 3 phase standard, field convertible to single phase. • It should have a pumped drain, door lock, and timed wash cycles for 1, 2, 4, or 6 minutes. • The dishwasher should have an NSF pot and pan rating for 2-, 4-, and 6-minute cycles. • It should have a Sense-A-Temp 70 degrees F rise electric booster heater and a self-draining, high-efficiency wash pump with a stainless steel impeller.
