Description
The City of Revere is seeking bids for the maintenance and rehabilitation of various size sewers as per specifications at various locations in the City of Revere. The project consists of Sewer cleaning, Television Inspection, Sewer pipe lining, Pipe point repair, Service connection rehabilitation, Manhole rehabilitation, Catch basin cleaning, etc. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with Section 3 of HUD Regulations relative to the project area and local concern when applicable and all pertinent Federal and State Laws.
• The City of Revere has established a goal of ten percent (10%) participation of Minority Business Enterprises in all construction projects.
• The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or any part of a bid, which in the opinion of the City Purchasing Agent is most advantageous to the City of Revere.
• Each bidder must deposit with their bid, a Bid Bond or a Certified or Treasurer's check from a Bank or Trust Company or Money Order of not less than five percent (5%) of their bid.
• The selected contractor shall provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the full amount of the contract price.
