Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to supply, deliver, install, and remove 102 sets of dormitory furniture at Aviano Air Base, Italy. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and transportation for the project. The contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order, and the contractor will be required to submit a technical capability, prior experience, and price quote. The evaluation factors will include technical capability, prior experience, and price.
• The contractor must provide a technical plan describing the operations of dismantle, removal, and disposal of old furniture and the supply and installation of new furniture.
• The contractor must submit a redacted copy of the technical portion of the quote.
• The contractor must submit a resume of at least two but no more than four projects showing experience with similar magnitude furniture supply, delivery, installation, and removal.
• The contractor must submit a price quote for all items in EURO or US Dollar.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their CAGE code and confirmation of their SAM registration along with their quote.
