Description
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking bids for tree trimming services for their facility located at 1325 Pine Street, Redding, CA 95902. The contract term is from February 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the tree pruning and removal services. A mandatory walkthrough will be held on December 19, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.
• The contractor must have a D-49 license and applicable local business licenses.
• The contractor must maintain all required protection and insurance for property, employees, and the public in connection with the contract.
• The contractor must provide a complete copy of the cost proposal, vendor data record, small business certification, and other required documents.
• The contractor must comply with all statewide and locally mandated health and safety requirements.
• The contractor must follow the American National A300 Standard for tree pruning and the International Society of Arboriculture, National Arborist Association, and American National Standards Institute criteria.
