Description
The State of Nevada is seeking competitive pricing for Waterborne Traffic Paint for use by the Nevada Department of Transportation Maintenance Districts throughout the state. The contract period will be from the date of award through October 6, 2025. The successful vendor must provide Waterborne Traffic Paint in 250 or 345 gallon capacity, stainless steel totes only, and must be lead-free. The vendor must also provide three "Material Safety Data Sheets" for each chemical awarded.
• The paint must meet the specifications provided by the state.
• The vendor must be able to deliver the paint to various locations throughout the state.
• The vendor must be able to provide a service representative to participate in problem-solving situations.
• The state reserves the right to cancel any order within twelve hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
