Description
The opportunity is for the supply of siliconized hollow polyester cluster fiber for pillows and other bedding products. The required product specification and characteristics can be found in the attached RFQ and attachment #1 through #6. The fiber must be white spun siliconized cluster polyester fiber fills, compatible with Pillow Vac Mod: HPS 60, and packaged in non-woven polyester bags. The pallets must not exceed L 60 inch x W 40 inch x H 60 inch from the ground. The supplier must provide 10,000 lbs of polyester cluster fiber, complete in 20 pallets.
• The fiber must be processed from raw conjugate to a minimum of 99% clusters.
• The fiber must be packaged in non-woven polyester bags, 32 in. x 58 in., with 13-15 lbs. of fiber in each bag.
• The bags must be baled in woven polypropylene, 200-250 lbs compressed fiber per bale.
• Two bales must be placed per pallet.
• The pallets must be heat-treated and must not exceed the specified dimensions.
