Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a firm to provide comprehensive, turnkey recycling program sponsorship planning and management services. The selected firm will develop, market, secure, implement, manage, and maintain sponsorship opportunities associated with the City's residential recycling physical infrastructure and recycling program. The scope of services includes sponsorship sales and development, program strategy, creative design and branding, production, installation, and maintenance, asset management, community engagement, reporting and analytics, and data privacy and compliance. The City aims to leverage its recycling program to generate revenue and community partnerships while supporting recycling participation and waste diversion goals. The contract term is expected to be three years with two one-year options to renew.
• The City currently owns and operates approximately 100,000 residential recycling carts, 400 public recycling corner cans, 20 public recycling drop-off locations, and other assets.
• The City seeks a firm capable of creating a sustainable sponsorship program, generating recurring revenue, enhancing community engagement, maintaining civic aesthetics and public trust, and ensuring efficient installation, maintenance, and management of sponsorship assets.
• The selected firm will be required to provide regular reporting, including sponsorship revenue, sponsor retention, community engagement metrics, and program performance indicators.
• The firm will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy and cybersecurity.
• The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defect which does not materially alter the services to be provided.
