Description
The Department of Education and Early Development is seeking a Principal Mentor contractor to provide high-quality training on mentorship for district mentors, training on teacher retention strategies for school leaders, and direct mentor services for up to four principal apprentices. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with four 1-year renewal options. The contractor will be required to provide 15 hours of high-quality training on mentorship, at least 4 hours of training on teacher retention strategies, and direct mentor services as needed. The contractor will also be required to provide regular reporting to the Department of Education and Early Development.
