Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this project is not explicitly stated in the document. However, based on the scope and complexity of the project, it is likely that the budget will be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million. This estimate is based on the fact that the project involves providing expert support and guidance throughout the testing lifecycle of the AFC 2.0 Charlie project, which is a large-scale transportation project. The budget will likely depend on the vendor's level of expertise, the scope of work, and the duration of the project. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include: • The vendor's level of expertise and experience in automated fare collection and payments technology • The scope of work and the number of workstreams that the vendor will be supporting • The duration of the project and the number of hours that the vendor will be working on the project • The level of complexity and risk associated with the project Overall, the budget for this project is likely to be significant, given the importance of the AFC 2.0 Charlie project to the MBTA and the level of expertise and support that the vendor will be providing.
