The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a new forklift to replace an aging unit at their Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. The required forklift is a Brand Name or Equal 2026 LGP Powered Hyundai Forklift Trucks Model 25L-9A. The forklift must have a 5000lb capacity, mast triplex 83”/185” with internal hosing, and other specified features. The delivery address is NOAA Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, 95230 Overseas Highway, Key Largo, FL 33037. • The forklift must be made in the USA. • The forklift must have a 3-year or 4000-hour full coverage warranty. • The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award. • The offeror must provide all evaluation criteria in accordance with RFO 52.212-2. • The Government intends to award a low-priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.
