Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, is seeking bids for plumbing services at Nawiliwili Harbor and Port Allen. The contract will be for a period of one year, with an estimated start date of December 16, 2025, and an end date of December 15, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide plumbing repairs on an on-call, as-needed basis. The bid must include sales tax and all other applicable taxes and fees. The prices bid must include all labor, materials, equipment, incidental, and supplemental necessary to construct all items in place, including installation and testing of equipment, complete and ready for operation, all in accordance with the plans and specifications.
• The bid must include a proposal schedule with the total amount for bid comparison.
• The bidder shall be paid for actual work performed as directed by the Project Manager.
• The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in the best interest of the State.
• The work shall be performed on an on-call, as-needed basis, with estimated quantities for bid comparison purposes only.
