Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division requires a Clemco sandblasting cabinet equipment. The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a brand name basis, and the Government intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested parties may identify their interest by submitting quotes and capability statements no later than 17:00 Noon, 10 November 2025. The scope of work includes the delivery of the sandblasting cabinet and related accessories. Key considerations for the quotation include the technical capability and approach of the offeror, as well as the price.
• The sandblasting cabinet must meet the minimum requirements specified in the solicitation Performance Work Statement (PWS)/Statement of Work (SOW) and/or minimum specifications.
• The offeror must provide sufficient information to enable evaluators to determine acceptability.
• The Government will evaluate the offeror for acceptability of Technical Capability.
• The offeror must propose a price that is fair and reasonable.
• The Government may request the offeror to submit information/data to support price reasonableness.
