IFB 26-2520, Landside Pressure Washing Services

The Capital Region Airport Commission is seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors to perform comprehensive landside pressure washing services at Richmond International Airport. The work includes scheduled and on‑call cleaning of parking garages, terminal sidewalks, roadways, commercial lanes, valet areas, pedestrian walkways, and other operational landside surfaces to maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance. This contract bundles all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals under a single bid. • Scope covers exterior pressure washing of multiple airport facilities (garages, sidewalks, roads, valet and pedestrian zones). • Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and transportation; the commission supplies no materials. • Services are to be performed on a scheduled basis with capability for on‑call response to emergent cleaning needs.
