MUN-2026-1005 Library Street and Sewall Street Area Drainage Improvements

The City of Revere, Massachusetts is seeking bids for the construction of Library Street and Sewall Street Area Drainage Improvements. The project includes the installation of various sizes of HDPE drainage pipes, catch basins, and manholes. The work must be substantially completed by November 15, 2026, with final paving completed by May 28, 2027. The bid security requires a bid bond, cash, certified check, treasurer’s or cashier’s check payable to the Owner, in the amount of five percent of the bid. • The project requires the installation of approximately 245 linear feet of 12-inch corrugated HDPE drainage pipe, 1,120 linear feet of 12-inch HDPE catch basin laterals, and other related tasks. • The project also includes an alternate bid for the installation of additional HDPE drainage pipes and catch basins. • The contract documents are available for examination and/or obtainment by contacting the City of Revere Purchasing Department. • The selected contractor must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in an amount at least equal to one hundred percent of the contract price.
