2025 - 2026 Snow Removal

The Lincoln County Missouri commission is seeking bids for snow removal and surface treatment services at 8 locations within Troy, Missouri city limits. The services include snow removal, ice melt application, and cleaning of sidewalks, steps, and areas not accessible with a plow. The bidder must provide the cost per truck with plow and operator per hour, cost per man hour to clean sidewalks, steps, and areas not accessible with a plow, and cost per 1"-3" average snow removal and ice melt application at each location. The bidder must also comply with the minimum insurance requirements and subcontractor requirements. • The services will be provided at 8 locations, including Lincoln County MO Complex 4, Lincoln County MO Courthouse, Lincoln County MO Justice Center, Lincoln County MO Sheriffs Office, Lincoln County MO Complex 3, Lincoln County MO Complex 2, Lincoln County MO West Collier Parking Lot, and Lincoln County MO Complex 1. • The bidder must provide the cost of snow removal and ice melt application at each location. • The bidder must comply with the minimum insurance requirements, including commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, workers' compensation, and excess liability coverage. • The bidder must also comply with the subcontractor requirements, including prevailing wage, certified payroll, affidavit of compliance, lien waivers, insurance, OSHSA 10 training, and E-Verify.
