Performance Based Logistics (PBL) for Secondary and Ground-Based Auxiliary Power Systems

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide Performance Based Logistics (PBL) support for Secondary and Ground-Based Auxiliary Power Systems. The contract will be a requirements-type contract with a 5-year basic ordering period and a 5-year option period, for a total duration of 10 years. The contract will be awarded on a Fixed Price basis to Honeywell International Inc. The PBL effort will integrate maintenance, supply management, material support, engineering, and technical functions to provide serviceable assets at a level of availability determined by the Air Force.
