Description
The Office of State Procurement is soliciting bids for the provision of Bulk Medical Oxygen Cylinders "E" to the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH). The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. The total contract term cannot exceed 36 months. Bidders must submit their bids online via the LaGov vendor portal, and all bids must be received prior to the bid opening time to be considered. The bid prices must include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination, and payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery.
