Port Salerno / New Monrovia Vacuum Sewer System – Construction Management Services

Martin County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Port Salerno / New Monrovia Septic-to-Sewer Project. The project will serve approximately 952 parcels with sanitary sewer utilizing a vacuum-assisted gravity system. Key aspects of the project include: • Construction Management and Inspection Services • One full-time Field Inspector and one part-time Construction Manager required • The Engineer of Record will perform all Construction Administration, Construction Engineering, Startup/Training, and Project Closeout duties • The project requires construction management and on-site inspection services supporting the Engineer of Record (EOR)
