The Washington State Department of Commerce’s Housing Division is seeking a single‑award contractor to design, implement, and operate a stipend and reimbursement payment system for its Community Compensation (Community Inclusion Program). The contractor will manage eligibility verification, onboarding, prompt payment of stipends and ground‑transportation reimbursements, provide logistical support for in‑person workgroup meetings, and maintain secure data handling and reporting.
