DPW - Air Emission Source Testing

The United States Air Force is soliciting a quotation for air emission source testing services at U.S. Army installations in Okinawa, Japan. The contractor will be required to conduct air emission monitoring of boilers and diesel engine generating units, and provide accurate testing, sampling, and reporting. The period of performance for this contract will be from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2031. • The contractor must provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to conduct the air emission monitoring. • The contractor must provide accurate testing, sampling, and reporting in accordance with the Performance-Based Work Statement. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must have the necessary certifications and licenses to perform services in Japan. • The contractor must submit an original invoice and three copies to the designated address. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the termination clause.
