Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide lawn care and landscaping services for approximately 15.75 acres of property at two sites in Lima, Ohio. The services include pre-season cleanup, edging, installation of hardwood mulch, pesticide application, weeding, turf management, plantings management, and end of season cleanup. The contract will be for a period of two years, with an option to renew for an additional year. The vendor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidental items necessary to perform the contracted services.
• The vendor must have at least five years of experience in performing similar services.
• The vendor must provide proof of current liability insurance coverage.
• The vendor must submit a bid that includes unit pricing for each service requested.
