The City of Moreno Valley is issuing an RFI to collect detailed information from qualified respondents about public‑entity risk‑pool services and related risk‑management capabilities. The City wants to understand pool structures, coverage options, digital platforms, AI/ML tools, TPA arrangements, audit practices, training programs, appraisal services, and member perks. Responses are purely informational and will not be used for award decisions, but may shape a future solicitation for a comprehensive risk‑pool management solution. • Provide a narrative on pool governance, membership criteria, entry/withdrawal processes, and the range of coverages (general liability, property, workers’ comp, cyber, EPL, etc.). • Detail the digital member portal, claims dashboard, AI/ML predictive analytics roadmap, and data‑security compliance. • Describe customer‑service models, TPA infrastructure, audit frequency, risk‑prevention training, appraisal services, scholarships, and any member‑benefit programs. • Submit a completed Attachment A response template and any required PDFs via the PlanetBids portal by 4 pm on 26 Oct 2026.
