Description
The DLA Maritime Puget Sound is soliciting a quotation for a sole-source procurement of a data processor and related accessories. The contractor shall provide a data processor manufactured in accordance with material specifications and deliver it to the DLA Distribution Puget Sound in Everett, Washington. The contract will be a firm fixed-price supply contract, and the offeror must complete the pricing for each line item, provide a cage code, and complete all representations and certifications. The offeror must also ensure that the item is from the approved manufacturer and conforms to the technical requirements. The Government may correct packaging or labeling deficiencies if the estimated costs are $300 or less. The contract includes clauses related to dispute resolution, payment, and contract administration.
