Description
The City of Midland is seeking bids for the reconstruction of the Jet-A Fuel Island at Barstow Airport. The project involves providing pricing for the reconstruction per the attached specifications and standard instructions. A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on March 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as "BID 4643 – BARSTOW AIRPORT JET-A FUEL ISLAND RECONSTUCTION" and delivered or mailed to the City of Midland, Office of the City Clerk.
• The bid should include a certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal.
