Description
The Clayton County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified bidder to provide a Projector System and Audio-Visual (AV) upgrade for the cafeteria area at the Frank Bailey Senior Center. The project includes furnishing, delivering, installing, configuring, and testing updated AV equipment to improve sound quality, presentation capabilities, and overall functionality. The bidder must have at least three years of experience providing projector systems, audio-visual equipment, sound systems, and related AV installation services.
• The bidder shall employ qualified and experienced personnel with demonstrated experience in commercial audio-visual (AV) system installation, integration, and support services.
• The bidder shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, wiring, mounting hardware, and incidentals necessary to complete the Projector System and AV installation.
• All installed equipment shall be new, commercial-grade, and compliant with applicable industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• The bidder shall ensure that all AV equipment is properly installed, tested, calibrated, and fully operational prior to final acceptance by Clayton County.
