EXHAUST RISER

The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking quotes for the provision of an exhaust riser. The exhaust riser should be an exhaust dry riser, for Yanmar 6LP, and include a foil insulation blanket. The item should be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, and cushioning materials, dunnage, blocking, and bracing should be applied as required to protect the item. The item should be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R, except for bar coding, which should be in accordance with ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 symbology. The vendor should provide the item with a unit of issue of 20 EA. The place of performance is the U.S. Coast Guard Yard, located at 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Curtis Bay, MD 21226. • The vendor should ensure they can secure funding for this order until delivered and received by the US Coast Guard. • Payment will be made by Government Purchase order (Net 30) and the vendor shall assume financial responsibility until the order is accepted and received by US Coast Guard. • The evaluation criteria for the quotes will be who meets all the technical requirements, who meets the deadlines, and price. • The vendor should provide all invoices through https://www.ipp.gov. • The vendor should include the CG Purchase Order number, vendor's invoice number, cage number, PO item number, description of supplies or services, unit prices, and extended totals on the invoice.
