Dark Fiber Services

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking bids for Dark Fiber Services. The University will accept bids until May 14, 2026, at 2:30 PM CDT. Bidders must submit their bids through the University's Bonfire portal. The bid documents are available on the portal, and bidders must follow the submission instructions provided. The scope of work includes the provision of dark fiber services to the University. • The bidder must provide a signed and completed pricing and delivery schedule. • The bidder must provide a VetHUB subcontracting plan. • The bidder must provide additional supporting documents, if necessary. • The bidder must accept all terms and conditions in the solicitation and Appendix Two without exceptions. • The bidder must provide a list of exceptions, if any, to the terms and conditions outlined in Appendix Two. • The bidder must provide the name, title, email address, and phone number of the primary contact for addressing questions or communications from the solicitation.
