Abatement & Demolition of Houses on Magnesium Street

The City of Henderson, Nevada, is seeking qualified companies to provide asbestos abatement and demolition services for three vacant residential properties located at 38, 42, and 46 Magnesium Street in Henderson, Nevada. The purpose of this project is to remove all structures, hazardous materials, and associated site improvements in preparation for future City use.
