Administ of the Hawai'i State Poet Laureate Program

The State of Hawaii is seeking a contractor to provide administrative support for the Hawai`i State Poet Laureate Program. The program aims to promote and encourage appreciation of poetry and literary life in Hawaii. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating the program, communicating with the SFCA Program Manager, and providing program oversight and evaluation. The contract will be for a three-year period, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. * Coordinate the Hawai`i State Poet Laureate Program * Communicate event schedules and coordinate public engagement and community outreach * Prepare draft budget and provide program oversight and evaluation * Maintain clear and regular communication with SFCA staff * Liaison with the elected Poet Laureate and provide program support
