Event Medics Request for Proposals

The National Western Center Authority is seeking a contractor to provide event medics for various events and facilities on its campus. The contractor will be responsible for providing state-certified EMTs, paramedics, or event medics, depending on the event risk profile and attendance size. The contractor will also be required to provide medical equipment and supplies, mobile response units, and medical documentation and reporting. The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with the possibility of three one-year extensions. The contractor will be expected to provide a quote in advance for any associated additions or deductions to the cost of services at each location. Some key points to consider for this opportunity include: • Providing event medics for various events and facilities on the National Western Center Authority campus • Coordinating with event security and operations teams for access to restricted or high-traffic areas • Providing medical equipment and supplies, including AEDs, first aid kits, oxygen, stretchers, and basic and advanced life support tools • Maintaining all equipment in good working condition and ensuring availability throughout the event • Providing mobile response units for rapid response across large venues • Coordinating with local EMS and providing medical documentation and reporting • Attending pre-event planning meetings and providing trainings for basic first aid, CPR/AED, stop the bleed, Narcan admin, etc.
