Budget estimate

$18,904,000 – $24,000,000

Based on the information provided, the budget for this opportunity can be estimated by considering the cost of leasing office space in the District of Columbia. The average cost of office space in the District of Columbia is around $50-60 per square foot per year. For a space of 18,884-20,000 square feet, the annual cost would be approximately $945,200-$1,200,000. Over a 20-year lease term, the total cost would be around $18,904,000-$24,000,000. However, this is just a rough estimate and does not take into account other costs such as security, facilities support, and utilities. The actual budget may be higher or lower, depending on the specific requirements of the lease and the services provided. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include: - The location of the space within the District of Columbia - The quality and condition of the building - The level of security required - The amount of parking spaces required - The level of facilities support services required - The cost of utilities and other expenses. The estimated budget range is $18,904,000-$24,000,000.
