ITB - 44th Ave West Underpass Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvement

The City of Lynnwood is seeking bids for the construction of a shared-use path and trail connection. The project includes the construction of approximately 1,200 linear feet of new concrete shared-use path with gravel shoulders, as well as 160 linear feet of trail connection to the Interurban Trail. The project also includes site demolitions and grading, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, storm drainage improvements, retaining walls, and other work. • The project requires compliance with the Project Manual, including the Contract Plans and Specifications. • The project may include night work as specified in the Contract Provisions and approved traffic control plans. • Bidders must submit their bids based on the Project Manual, including the Contract Plans and Specifications.
