MWBE Sought for Exterior Parking Garage & Elevator Improvements

Prismatic Development Corporation, a GC located in Fairfield, NJ invites qualified MWBE subcontractors to submit proposals for a project at Woodhull Hospital located at 760 Broadway , Brooklyn, NY 11206. The SOW includes an exterior addition of a secure Ground (2nd) floor Vehicular Sally port with garage space. A new exterior dedicated elevator will be constructed to provide direct access between 2nd floor VSP and 9th, 10th, and 11th floors. Interior work at the Basement (1st) floor includes the construction of mechanical platforms for the installation of future electrical switchgear. Proposals will be accepted until COB on 5/6/26.
