Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance, repair, and service of elevators, escalators, and dumbwaiters at various city locations. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements, as well as providing call-back service for emergency minor adjustments. The contract will be for an initial period of 12 months, with optional renewals for up to 2 additional 12-month periods. The contractor must have at least 3 years of documented experience in elevator inspection, maintenance, and repair services.
• The contractor will be required to provide a management audit program and semi-annual reviews of work performed.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the original contract speed and performance of each elevator car.
• The contractor will be required to provide replacement parts and materials as needed.
• The contractor will be responsible for ensuring continuous communication with the City's representatives.
• The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
