Texas State University is requesting competitive proposals for the selection of one or more responsive and responsible individuals or firms to provide Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services. The selected provider will be expected to offer a range of services including software licensing and hosting, custom software modifications, data feed services, implementation services, ongoing training and support, and travel costs. The university requires pricing information for a 5-year period, including 3 initial years and 2 renewal years. The proposal should include a detailed explanation of the pricing model, any qualifiers to the pricing, and information about the services offered.
• The RFP includes a pricing proposal template that must be used by respondents.
• The university requires respondents to provide information about their experience and qualifications.
• The RFP includes a number of attachments, including a non-collusion affidavit and a procurement solicitation questionnaire.
