Owner's Project Manager Request for Services

The Town of Medfield is seeking the services of a qualified Owner's Project Manager to provide project management services for the design, construction, demolition, addition to, and/or renovation of the Dale Street Elementary School. The estimated total project cost may range from $100 million to $150 million. The project involves multiple phases, including feasibility study, schematic design, design development, construction, and final closeout. • The Owner's Project Manager will represent the Owner during the feasibility study and schematic design phases. • The project may be amended to include continued project management services through design development, construction, bid and award, construction, and final closeout. • A voluntary informational meeting and walk-through will be conducted on February 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. • Proposals will be received until February 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
