Description
The California Air Resources Board is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to develop emissions quantification methodologies for criteria pollutant and toxic emissions reporting (CTR) sectors. The contractor will analyze three CTR sectors: metal plating, print shops, and melting, smelting, recovery, reclamation, or recycling of metals. The contractor will determine the best available emission factors for criteria pollutants and toxics for each sector and create an emissions calculator to calculate emissions from simple inputs. The contract term is 19 months, with a total budget of $300,000. The state reserves the option to renew the contract for an additional six months and $100,000.
