Washington State Parks’ Winter Recreation Program is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive trail‑grooming services for approximately 15.5 miles of cross‑country ski trails within the Gifford Pinchot National Forest’s Mt. Adams Ranger District. The contractor must supply all required grooming equipment, maintain a 10‑ft wide groomed surface (set‑track and skate lane), clear debris, and ensure safe, winter‑ready trails over five winter seasons (Dec 1 2026 – Apr 30 2031). Bids are evaluated on equipment ownership, hourly rate sheets, experience, operational plans, and small‑business or veteran‑owned preference points.
